Lakeside Overnight Oats

Overview
Creamy oats soaked overnight with berries, seeds, and yogurt for an easy make-ahead breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1.25 cup Milk
- 0.5 cup Plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup (to taste)
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Mixed berries
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 0.25 cup Mixed nuts (optional)

- Mixing bowl — Prep, Large, medium, or small as needed
- Whisk — Prep
- Measuring cups — Measuring, Dry and liquid
- Measuring spoons — Measuring
- Storage jar with lid — Serveware, 12–16 oz glass jar or lidded container
Instructions
Whisk milk, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Stir in rolled oats until coated. Layer oats and berries in jars, cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight until thick. Stir before serving and top with nuts if desired.
