Garden Snack Plate

Overview
A no-cook, balanced snack plate with veggies, hummus, crackers, fruit, cheese, and nuts.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Baby carrots
- 1 cup Cucumber (sliced or sticks)
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup Mixed berries
- 1 cup Whole grain crackers
- 0.75 cup Cheese cubes
- 0.5 cup Mixed nuts
- 0.75 cup Hummus
Tools
- Cutting board — Prep
- Chef's knife — Prep
- Serving bowl — Serveware
- Optional Spoon — Utensils, Serving or eating spoon
Instructions
Arrange carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, berries, crackers, cheese, nuts, and a bowl of hummus on a plate or board. Use as a shareable snack or divide into “day plates” to graze on through the day.
