Sunday Skillet Turkey Meatballs

Overview
Lightened-up turkey meatballs simmered in marinara for a cozy yet balanced meal.
Ingredients
- 20 oz Ground turkey
- 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese (finely grated)
- 1 piece Eggs (beaten)
- 2 clove Garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
- 0.75 tsp Salt (to taste)
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 cup Marinara sauce

- Mixing bowl — Prep, Large, medium, or small as needed
- Measuring cups — Measuring, Dry and liquid
- Optional Measuring spoons — Measuring
- Nonstick skillet — Stovetop, 10–12 inch
- Optional Wooden spoon — Utensils
Instructions
Mix ground turkey with breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until just combined. Form meatballs and brown in a skillet with olive oil. Add marinara sauce, cover, and simmer until cooked through. Serve with pasta, grains, or vegetables.
