Weeknight Herb Baked Salmon

Overview
Oven-baked salmon with lemon and herbs for a quick, heart-healthy dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 piece Salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 piece Lemon (zest and juice)
- 2 clove Garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp Fresh dill (chopped)
- 0.75 tsp Salt (to taste)
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper
Tools
- Baking sheet — Oven, Rimmed, heavy-duty
- Cutting board — Prep
- Chef's knife — Prep
- Optional Measuring spoons — Measuring
Instructions
Heat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet. Place salmon fillets skin-side down. Stir together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper, then brush over the fish. Bake until the salmon flakes easily, 12–15 minutes.
