Classic Buttermilk Pancakes

Overview
Fluffy, golden pancakes perfect for slow mornings and strong coffee.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 0.5 tsp Baking soda
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 2 piece Eggs (beaten)
- 1.5 cup Buttermilk
- 2 tbsp Unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Tools
- Mixing bowl — Prep, Large, medium, or small as needed
- Whisk — Prep
- Measuring cups — Measuring, Dry and liquid, Dry and liquid
- Measuring spoons — Measuring
- Griddle or flat pan — Stovetop, For pancakes, Or large nonstick skillet
Instructions
Whisk dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients separately. Combine gently. Cook on a buttered griddle until bubbles form, flip, and finish until golden.
